Most of our buddy outfits are purchased during our Build-A-Buddy parties and events, allowing children to choose the perfect outfit for their new buddy in person. However, our online store is open year-round, and you're welcome to purchase buddy outfits and accessories at any time to expand your buddy's wardrobe or replace a favorite outfit.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. During holidays or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using a standard shipping carrier. Delivery times generally range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Packages

At Build A Buddy FL, we take pride in the quality of our products. We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged product so we can review your request and assist you with the return process.
